THIS AGREEMENT is entered znto as of January 1, 1977 by and between

Resource Center.

services available for cxtizens of Pitki.n County,

1. This contxact shall be e£fective for the'calendar year of 1977 �:
and any extension or renewal thereo£ shall be re-negotiated at �
hudget time, that a,s prior to September 30, 1977.

2. The Roaring Fork Resource Center will identify appropriate solar �::.
research materials and books, to be located 3n the Pitkin County �
Library for a total cost o� $277,00 (two hundred and seventy-seven �•
dollars). �

seven dollars) to the Human Resource Department Budget for

educational forum relating to energy conservation in buildings.

Pitkin Comty benefits will be as follows: i
. I
I
A. All Pitkin County employees admitted at no charge;
B. Specia2 rates for all Pitkin County reaidents;
C, Educational opportunities regarding energy conservation
in buildings for Pitk3n County residents;
D. Pitkin County sponsoxship identification on all Forum -
publications and publicity.
5, Pitki.n County wi21 support the Aspen Enerqy Fonim by
allocating $1,130.00 (one thousand, one hundred and thirty
dollars) for Forum publicity. This allocation will be in the
Human Resource Department budget for calendar year 1977.
6, The money allocated i.n the.budget ($1,130.00) will be paid to
Roari.ng £ork xesource Center'upon completion of the Forum and
receipt by the County of itemized accotmts and bills relati.ng
- to publicity for the Fonm�.

7. This contract may be cancelled and termi.nated by either party, •
but that the party @esiring to terminate or cancel must qive
written notice thirty (30) days prior to the date of cancel2ation;
provided, however� that all expenditures made by the Roaring Fork
Resource Center prior to notice of termination shall be reimbursable.
8. Hy subscribing to this Agreement, the parties represent to each
o�her that they have heretofore acquired the necessary approval
and authorization to enter into this Agreement.
