� RE: M-Consulting, Preparatory work for County-wide Open
Space Program.

~� 1. Consultant (Chuck Vidal) shall prepare a workable plan
for implementation by the County of an Open Space
`-i Program.
i 2. Consultant shall identify all possible methods of finaneing _
to be used in acquiring lands for Open Space.
;:i
3. Consultant shall Iist prime properties in the immediate
�! Aspen area which may be acquired as part o�' the Open
Space Program, and the cost estimates for these pro-
perties developed by the City-Council Planning Office.
'1 4. Upon completion of this preparatory work, Consultant
i shall prepare a memorandum to the Board of County
{ Commissioners outlining his findings and giving the Board
� his recommendations as to how to implement the Open
`' Space Program. Also, at that time the Consultant shall
arrange for a conference with-the Board of County
'" Commissioners in order to verbally express his findings.

'� 5. Consultant shall schedule this conference with the Board
.;{ of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of
� February 28, 1977.
�:'� 6. Consultant's time shall be billed at the hourly rate of
,� $35.00 not to exceed $280.00 for any one day, and not
to exceed $3,200.00 total.
��� 7. Reimbursable expenses, limited to material, long dis- �
tance phone calls and contract labor for drafting and ="
survey purposes will be reimbursed by the County at �'
actual cost, provided that the Consultant provide receipt �
or other proof of those expenses. �
8. Consultant will use County's standard billing form
� for use requesting payment.
