RECITALS

1.1 The Company has submitted a final plat for -
Phase III (i.e., Parcel C, Buildings J, K, and L) Snowmass Mountain

Condominiums.
1.2 A Subdivision Improvements Agreement dated
� January 16, 1973, Supplemental Subdivision Improvements Agxeement
- dated January 14, 1974, and Addendum to Subdivision Improvements ;'

Agreement dated March 22, 1976, have heretofor been made with ``'
respect to this condominium project.
1.3 The Pitkin County Planning Office has recommended
that this Agreement specify improvements to be completed by the
. Developer with respect to Phase III, Snowmass Mountain Condomi.niums.
1.4 The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County
has required as a condition to the approval of the final plat for
Phase III, Snowmass Mountain Condominiums, that this Agreement be
made between the Company and the County.
AGREEMENT
1.1 The County Engineer and Builc3ing Inspector have
inspected the Company's project known as Phase III, Snowmass
Mountain Condominiums, and based on said inspection, the Company

and the County agree that the following represents the imp.rovements
to be undertaken by the Company:

cost of the construction of the improvements, cash or. certified f
