C Due to t?�e necessary expediency of tl�e County's
o "Bus Graphic Art Design" work, I ha��e received County
Commissioner approval to execute a "letter of agreement"
� tyPe proposal with Gosh Studios for this �vork. The ' �
� purchase order number is r6782. t
T Please issue a bi2ling to the County Finance Office `
Y for approval prior to noon on Tuesday, ;.tay 10, 1977.
This billin� will also require either Brian Stafford's
or my signature prior to that time.
The following schedule of services shall be accom-
plished by Gosh Studios:
1. Three full color dra�vings of alternate
• bus desi�n proposals and these shall Ue
presented to the Board of County Commis-
� sioners at their regular meeting on
_.� May 9, 1977.
2. Any modifications su�gested . by the
- Board of County Commissioners of a ,�
selected�design shall be made by Gosh
5tudios.

_ � 3. Gosh representatives will travel to the '
Flexible Corporation to provide a first- �
hand transfer of the final design details
. to that corporation. (This must be done �
prior to P1ay 17, 1977.) • �

4. A Gosh representative will again travel `
to the Flezible Corporation to inspect �
' the application of the design upon the
County buses �vhen this process occurs �,
in late 1�J77.

1. Pitkin County is prohibited from sellin�, trans-
ferring or otherwise autHorizing the use of the
Gosh Studios bus designs to any entity not
associated with the County or its bus system
for purposes of providing transit service in
the Roaring Fork Valley.
� 2. Payment shall be made to �osh Studios in the
amount of $5,000 for the development of the
designs and use of those desi�ns on the five
buses to be delivered this fall.
3. A reproduction fee of $125 shall be paid to
Gosh Studios for future use of the design on
additional buses. '
