and technician(s), public health sanitation services, i.e.
a) Inspection - food secvice establisliments, groceries, and
retail bakeries
b) Sampling of ineat products for conEormance to standards !

Disposal Pacilities Law i
• d) Inspection o£ swimming pools and non-community water supplies
e) And other sanitation duties as necessary or assigned by

� 3. The Contractor will, on or after the date of this contract,
employ only individuals wlio meet the minimum qualifications 6ased upon %�
� Recommended Perspnnet Standards, (If there is any reason to question whether �w
or not an applicant may_meeC these minimum qualifications (for educa[ion or ?:
experience) it is necessary to suUmit the app2ication to the State Sanitation t�
Division Eor review and approval priot ko employment). ��
4. The State wili continue paymen[ for sanitation persortnel only so �
long as the Contructor renders acceplable services,�s determined by the State.
The State Sanitation Division shall have the Authority for periodic evaluation
of the quality and quantity of services. Contractor agrees to cooperate in any
evaluation conducted by the State.
5. The term oL- this contract is Ueginning July 1, 19.77 and ending t
,Iune J0, 19 78 . $
6. Tf�e Contractor and thc StaL-e agrce, due to feder.al programs and
funding being converted to a Eisca). period begi�ning OcCob,er L, the tollowing
time periods and dollar amounts shall be followed For expenditures, reporting
and reimbursement:
a) $ 1;Z51.25 for the period 7/2/77 - 9/30/77.
b) $ 3,453.75 for the period 10/1/77 - 6/30/78..'

entirely responsible for its acts and the acts of its agents, employees, �
servan[s, and subcontractocs duting the performance of this Contract. �
