KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Board of County }
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado. grantor, in
consideration of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars to it
paid by Wildwood School, of Aspen, Colorado, grantee, tYie
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,

sell, transfer and deliver unto said Wildwood School one i
1967 Ford Bus serial number OOB60DLA31060.
To have and to hold all and singular the said vehicle �
to the said Nildwood School, and its executors, administrators
and assigns, to their own use forever. '[
And grantor hereby covenants with the grantee that it

is the lawful ownes of said vehicle, and it is free from
all encumbrances, and that arantor had good right to sell the
same as aforesaid; and, further, that said grantor will warrant ��
and defend the same against the lawful claims and demands of

The grantee, on acceptance hereof, agrees to waive, �

release and hold harmless the grantor from any and all claims f
by the grantee, its successors and assigns, arising £rom the ,
