�?; of March, 1979 by and between ASPEN LEAVES, INC. and the BOARD � •
� OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COIARADO (hereinafter �
� referred to as the "County'�) to be completed during the Calendar

;: � wIiGR�AS, the County and Aspen Leaves, Inc. wish to
promote the cultural opportunities for the local community through
2 the support of the "ASpen Anthology", and
'; WHEREAS, Aspen Leaves, Inc. has demonstrated its
„ ability to perform the service of publishing quality publications, 1
and
WH�RFIiS, the parties wish to establish a method of
payment for these services
NOW, THERSFORE, in consideration of the mutual bene-
� fits to be derived herefrom, the parties hereto agree as follows:

Section 1. Services to be Performed
�
A) Aspen Leaves, Inc. shall provide all services and technical
=� arrangements to publish the Spring and Fall. 1979 issues of
"Aspen Anthology".
B) Aspen Leaves, Inc. shall provide additional funds for these
issues of "ASpen Anthology" from other sources for which
they will be responsible for obtaining.

- � C) Aspen Leaves, Inc. will acKnowledge the contribution from the
County in these issues.
D) Aspen Leaves, Inc. will make available to the Pitkin County
Library a copy of these publications for local citizens use.
� Section 2. Pavment for Services Performed
A) Pitkin County shall pay Aspen Leaves, Inc. a maximum of
$750 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars) for expenses involved
in production and publication of the I979 Spring and Fall
issues of "Aspen Anthology°.
B) Aspen Leaves, Inc. will bill Pitkin County serially with
complete statements of expenses incurred in the production
and pubiication of the 1979 Spring and Fall issues of "Aspen
Anthology" not to ea:ceed S750.
C) Should Aspen.Leaves, Inc. encounter additional expenses in
the publication of these issues of "Aspen Anthology" these
costs will not be in any way construed to the liability of
the County.
