� ' • JOINT OPERATING AND FINANCIAL PLAN •
f REIMBURSABLE SERVICES REQUESTED BY FOREST SERVICE

. ' 1. Assignment of a deputy sheziff to help Forest officers in dangerous
� situations and in the enforcement of�ederal laws and regulations.

, 2. When requested by the Forest Service, the Sheriff agrees to dispatch
%, additional deputies, within his capabilities to unforeseen emergencies
such as group gatherings, fire emergencies, or other emergencies that
_ might occuz during heavy use periods, etc.
3. Cooperator wiil make a vehicular patrol between the hours of 4:00 p.m. i
� � and 7:00 a.m. seven days a week through the following recreation sites: �
all campgrounds in the Maroon Valley; Difficult Campgrourid, Weller j
'. � Campground and Lincoln Gulch Campground along State Highway 82, unless
otherwise notified. 1

3� I 5. SYhen adequate radios are available, the Cooperator wili make available 4

_ For the services mentioned in items nos. 1, 2 and 3 above, the Service ,�
f, agrees to reimburse the Cooperator at the rate of �16.53 per hour per :�
' deputy including alI vehicle use, supplies and other equipment. �

; 7. Itemized billings wil+ be furnished by the Cooperator to the Forest
