' THIS AGREII�NT, made and entered into this 17th day of December, ,�;

_ - � 1979, by and between the SOARD OF COUNTY CQMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN ;{
� COUNTY, COI,ORADO, a body corporate and politic and constituting a �
political subdivision of the State of Colorado, being the governing �..-. ,
�
body of the Pitkin County Airport (Sardy Field), hereinafter
referred to as "Lessor"; Party of the First Part, and Trailways�:
� �
Bus System, Inc. (ROCky Mountain Lines), a Tennessee Corporation �
hereinafter referred to as "Lessee", Party o� the Second Part: �
WITNESSETH: �
WEEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee did enter into a Use and Lease
Aqreement dated December 26, 1978, (contract No. BO(78)) for use of
certain space at the Pitkin County Airport (Sardy Field), and
� WHEREAS, the term of said Lease Agreement was a period of one
year, commencing on December 26, 1978, .and terminating on December
15, 1979, and
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee wish to extend that Lease Agreement -
- for another year on the same terms and conditions therein contained,
and
WHEREAS, in addition, Lessor has renewed Lessee's Special Review �
Permit in August of 1979, and therefore, wishes to acknowledge that �' ,
the Lease Agreement is no longer subject to termination as specified �
in Section 1.02 of said Lease Agreement, � �

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
and agreements therein contained, Lessor and Lessee do hereby
mutually agree, each for itsel£ and for its successors and assigns,
that the Use and Lease Agreement hereinabove described be and
hereby is extended and renewed for a period of one year (commencing
on the date hereof) under the same terms and conditions therein "

specified (to the same effect as if incorporated whole) except that �

"1.02 Term of Lease Agreement '1

meeting.
