ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
REGARDING SERVICES FROM MOUNTAIN RIVERS �
SUBSTANCE ABUSE TASK FORCE, INC.

i WHEREAS, the Soard of County Commissioners and the Mountain ;�
_ Rivers Substance Abuse Task Force, Inc., ("Mountain Rivers") have

{; contracted for services by Mountain Rivers to the community, all ;
� ;
� as specified in Contract No. 19(79) dated March 27, 1979, and x

� WHEREAS, subseguently, the Mountain Rivers facility was i
i. ._ ..
:� � extensively damaged by fire, and, '
'a WHEREAS, Mountain Rivers has, since the fire, been required °'
� iF
'�r�'�,� to close the facility, transport County residents to other centers, '�
�
� and provide for the construction of a new facility in.Glenwood �

,�'7 Springs, and �
x�� WHEREAS, the Board wishes to compensate Mountain Rivers for the �

�� transportation of County residents and contribute to the establishment
�'
;�:� of the new faiclity, �

r� NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to

'' be derived therefrom, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin

�� County, Colorado, do hereby authorize the payment to Mountain Rivers
:� . of $h,249.82, the unpaid balance of the amounts due purusant to Contract ,

No. 19(79) and in full satisfaction of the County's obligations ��
� thereunder. i
