""� WHEREAS, prior resolutions have identified additional revenues resulting

- � in an increase in the Fund Balance of the General Fund; and

WHEREAS, subsequent need for additional water rights legal services
have become apparent which can be budgeted for from that increase in Fund
,� Balance.
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that an adjustment be made to the 1979 budget as fo77ows, (parentheses indicate
increased revenues or decreased expenditures)
