WHEREAS, A.J. Samango is the record owner of Lots 38, 39 and 40 and Lots � �

WNEREAS, the owner has requested permission to separateiy develop sa�d �' 1

lots in the Holland Hills Subdivision pursuant to the provisions of Section � '

7.2Z of the Pitkin County Land Use Code permitting the separate development of �D

� substandard contiguous lots under separate ownership, upon receiving special � _

WHEREAS, the PTanning and Zoning Commission cortsidered the request at their � '+
