RE: Adoption of Pitkin County Code
� WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has adopted, through resolutions,_
rules and regulations for Pitkin County, Colorado, and ��:;
WNEREAS, a number of these rules and regulations are often used by
County enforcement officials and members of the public in their dealings :.'�
with the Pitkin County government, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Canmissioners has fett a demand from
� enforcement off9cials and members of the public for the orderly codification �#
� and up-date of such rules and regulations. �Y
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the PITKIN COUNTY CODE be adopted -
� in its entirety, to include approvai of all numerica7 organization and t;-
