� WHEREAS, Rocky Mountain Natural Gas Company Inc. has made application for
,
GMP and subdivision approval to locate four employee units in a second story ; .;
�� to their existing building at the Ariport Business Center, and �
WHEREAS, the Board of County Comnissioners of Pitkin County, CoTorado, '
� i
did, on January 8, 1979, consider the application and approved the General �
� '
� Su6mission, subject to certain conditions, and i
� WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission did, on January 17, 1974> i

} considered the application and recommended approval of the Detailed Sulxnission �
� a
� and Fina7 Plat, with the conditions of General Submission approvai being i
e! i
satisfied as follows: '

� 1. The issue of noise impact has been addressed by the Planning Office '
ylocating an avigation easement granted by John McBride for himse7f �
� and his successors and assi9ns. The area involved in the easement t
� is the entirety of the Airport Business Center including the lot )
� occupied by Rocky Mountain Natural Gas Company Inc. �.
2. The State Water Engineer asked for a letter from the Water District �
confirming their ability to serve the project. A letter from �im �
Markalunas of the Aspen Water District was received so indicating> ;
but also noting that water storage would be needed in the future. ?
. This project was thought to have an incremental effect on that need. 5

� 3. An agreement providing for the price restrictions on the employee �
units has been drafted through the cooperation of Mark DanieTsen, �
Housing Director and Rocky Mountain Natural 6as Company Inc.'s
attorney, Check Stoddard. A copy is attached hereto. �

7 WNEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having considered the comnents j
� of the Planning Office, Planning and Zoning Commission and Housing Director, �
� have determined to approve the GMP and Subdivision application, ;

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of #
� Pitkin County, Colorado, that it does hereby grant Rocky Mountain Natural Gas 3
� Company Inc. Detailed Submission and Final Plat approval for subdivision. '
� Approved by the Board of County Comnissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, -'
