A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND
RESOLUTION #79-��_ a

' WHEREAS, the County Extension Agent is paid in part by Pitkin County and !
y.
in part by Colorado State University and, ±
`� WHEREAS, there was a change in the C.S.U. share of the Extension Agent �
wages leading to a recomputation of the County share and, ;., .
' WHEREAS, these recomputations resulted in an amount appropriated in the �
't
1979 budget less than those wages issued in fiscal year 1978 and, �
i
.} WHEREAS, an additional appropriation of $532 would allow the program to ;
�.
- � be implemented as intended and, !
�
WHEREAS, it could not have been reasonably forseen at the time of adoption a
of the 1979 budget that recomputation of the shared wages would necessitate an �
�
additional appropriation and, �
a
WHEREAS, there is available in the BOCC/Manager department of the General
Fund sufficient contingency funds.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the the Board of County Carenissioners
of the County of Pitkin, Colorado that: �

$532 be transferred from the 1979 BOCC/Manager department budget to ;
� k
� the 1979 Extension 5ervice department of the General Fund as follows: �
BOCC/Manager contingency $(532) (00113-89910) �
Extension Service Salaries 532 (.00161-80000) "
�
