A RESOLUTION APPROPRIA7ING FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND i
RESOLUTION #74-�� �

WHEREAS, the County intends to sell certain obsolete communications equipment, �
� has agreements in hand to that effect, and intends to purchase within the Sheriff's �
department replacement equipment and, �
WHEREAS, a change in the rate at which contracted airport security is
� ._. .. .
reimbursed to the Sheriff's department has been approved, resulting in increased �
anticipated revenues and accompanying expenditures and, �
WNEREAS, it could not have been reasonably forseen at the time of adoption
of the 1979 budget that thes expenditures would be necessary.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Comrnissioners of the
County of Pitkin, Colorado that:
1. Revenues be increased within the Sheriff's department of the General
Fund, as follows:
Sa7e of fixed assets $ (2075) {00131-69100)
Airport security charges (8000) (00131-63291)
2. The expenditures be increased within the Sheriff's department of the
Genera7 Fund, as fo]]ows:
Cormnunication e ui t
q pment 2075 (00137-86641}
Wages 8000 (00131-80000)
