- RE: ROCKY M4UNTAIN NATURAL GAS - PLAT AMENDMENT - SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION
WHEREAS, Rocky Mountain Natural Gas has submitted a request to the Planning
_ - Office for an amendment of the Final Plat for four apartments as an addition to their
commercial building in the Airport 8usiness Center, and
WHEREAS, this plat amendment consists of a change in the parking layaut increasing `t_

+ the number of spaces from four, as originally approved, to ten at the request of the 1

� owner of the Airport Business Center, and `3

WHEREAS, this Board finds that there will be no adverse impact on land use or
� zoning requirements by virtue of this change, there being no objections thereto. ;

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that this �
plat amendment be and hereby is approved pursuant to the provisions of �
j Section 30-28-101 (10) (d}, C.R.S. 1973, and thereby exempts this amendment from �'�
�
the definition of subdivision. The plat amendment is further provided for in �
Attachment A, which shall be recorded in the office of the County Clerk and �
Recorder.
