COMMISSIONERS OF PI7KIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAI. ZONiNG MAP FOR THE
TOWNSITE OF REDSTONE, COLORADO ;;

WHEREAS, in response to a petition request from the citizens of Redstone, ;�
Colorado, the Planning Office has proposed rezoning the area currently designated 'z _ -_

T-Tourist zone within the Redstone Townsite to B-1 Business, and ;

WHEREAS, in evaluating this request, the Planning Office has found little �
:,
change in permitted uses but a greater conformity with existing conditions by �
the change to B-1 Business, and �

WHEREAS, this zone change has been considered by the Pitkin County Planning y
� and Zoning Cortmission and on finding no objection on the part of the affected �
� property owners, did recaronend to the Board of County Commissioners approval �
�
� of the rezoning at their regularly scheduled meeting held on April 4, 1979. �
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by the Board of County Con4nissioners of �
� Pitkin County, Colorado tfiat the rezoning from T-Tourist to B-1 Business for the �
� areas so designated on the officia7 county zoning map for the Redstone Townsite j
� �
� be approved. The legal description of this area is as follows: �
