�� A RESOLUTION REVTSING AND APPROPRIATING
,� ADDITIONAL TRANSFERS TO VARIOUS FUNDS

� FROM THE PUBI,IC WORKS FUND
;� Resolution No. 79� ,
� WHEREAS, the 1973 Colorado Revised Statutes, 30-25-202,

J� specifies the purposes for which Public Works Fund property tax
collec£ions may be spent; and ;>:j,
WHEREAS, the 1978 Public works Fund budget included
transfers to the Road and Bridge Fund and expenditures for °e#
land acquisition, and neither of these are specified statutory -
purposes; and i:i '

� ; WHEREAS, Resolution Number 78-96 restricted a portion of
the Public Works fund balance for acquisition of a County .`�

�� fairground in 1979, and this is not a specified statutory purpose; ;�,
and `°
� WHEREAS, the cost of renovating the old hospital into a ;�
''„� ;.�
community center exceeded grant reimbursements by $158,646, and ,�;
construction and additions to pubZic buildings are specified , �r
�. statutory purposes; and .;��
�.. WHEREAS, Resolution Number 79- has identified contingencies Y

which required additional appropriations in the Bus Fund for _
' _ 1978, and operation of mass transit systems is a specifie3 '�;
