- A Resolution Appropriating Funds Within The Bus Transit Fund

Resolution No. 79-�

WHEREAS, Pitkin County is committed to provide transit services to County '
- �
residents and is operating with a timited fleet of vehicles; arid
WHEREAS, it could not have been reasonably forseen at the time of adoption �
; of the 1979 budget that increased ridership denand would necessitate the '
i� availability of an additional vehicle, which is currently owned but is in need �
of a rebuilt engine and transmission; and
A
WHEREAS, the increased ridership has generated unanticipated additional
` i bus fare revenues sufficient to pay for the rebuilt equipment. � i
a NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the
; County of Pitkin, Colorado that:
Revenues and expenditures be increased within the Bus Transit Fund
as follows:
Bus system fares $(7,000) (40670-63230)
Vehicle repair & Maintenance 7,000 (40670-82810)
Approved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado
at their re9ular meeting held June 11, 7979.
