WITHIN 7HE GENERAL FUtJD
RESOLUTION �179-�_ �

WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Building Inspection Department received a
construction permit application from the Snowmass Water and Santiation District to �
i
construct a sewer treatment plant; and f
WHEREAS, due to the nature of the construction and accompanying potential �--
'; environmental hazards it was felt in the public interest that specialized engineering �
J
- exQertise aas required to properly evaluate and review construction plans for this �
plant; and @
-i WHEREAS, it could not have been reasonably forseen, at the time of adoption
� of the 1979 budget that consulting engineer fees would have to be incurred for
this review; and
WHEREAS, sufficient additional construction permit fees are available, as
a result of this application, for appropriation within the Building Inspection
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County that: .
1. Expenditures be increased within the Building Inspection Department '"
. as follows:
� Inspect/Test Fees 4,000 (00136-82055)
� 2. Revenues be increased within the Building Inspection Department as
follows:
Construction Permit Fees 4,000 (00136-61210)

at their regular meetin9 held July 9, 1979.
