GRANTIN6 DETAILE� SUBMISSION AND FINAL PLAT
APPROVAL FOR THE FOX SUBDIVISION f

WHEREAS, General 3ubmission approval was granted to the Fox Subdivision �
; by the Board of County Comnissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado on November �
,
27, i978, to provide one additiona7 bui]ding site, and
} WHER�AS, the Detailed Submission was recomnended for approval by the �
�
'f Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Camnission at tfieir regular meeting held f
on June 20, 1979, and �
WHEREAS, at a public meeting before the Board of County Commissioners of �
Pitkin County, Co7orado, on July 25, 1979, the Board did review the Detailed i
Submission and Final Plat a7ong with agency comnents.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED THAT the Baard of County Cortmissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, does hereby grant Detailed Submission and Final �
Plat approval to the Fox Subdivision subject to the follow�ng comments: �

1. Loose rocks above the site shall be removed and precautions be taken i
in design of the cabin to protect against loose rock which might F
� �
• � roll down the slope. �
2. Soils data shal] be prepared for the Fox site and used in design �
engineering. �

3. An access easement agreement shall be executed for the access to �
the second building site. �

4. A nine (9) acre commonTy owned area shall be described and identified ;
on the Final Plat. �

5. Any changes required by the County Engineer shall be made prior to �
� filing the Final Plat.
