RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
-- COh1MISSI0NER5 OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
Re: Rental Car Facility at the Airport
Resolution No. 79- ��
' WHEREAS, the Board held a public hearing on August 13, 1979 to consider
the conditional use hearing to allow rental car facilities to be incorporated �
i into the existing Airport facility, and �
WHEREAS, the Board heard testimony concerning accommodating this facility ;
� at the Airport, its visibility, and its impact on the auto disincentive program, �
i among other items, and
WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission did consider
this application at their regular.meeting held on July 5, 7979, and did �
l
recommend approval of the use of rental car facility be added to the conditional �
use of Airport within the AF-1 zone. �

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Cortmissioners of �
Pitkin County, Colorado that the application to amend the conditional use of �
�
Airport to include rental car facility be approved with the following condition: �
Only the area delineated in the application may be used for the �
storage of rental cars. �
