WNEREAS, the Highlands Ranch, Inc., is represented as the owner of record
of approximately 93 acres of real property comnonly known as the Highlands %�

Ranch located in the Castle Creek Valley in Pitkin County, Golorado, and =`�'

WHEREAS, tfie Highlands Ranch, Inc., has applied for final plat approval
? for the subdivision of the Ranch into two parcels, and ''

?�' WHEREAS, the County Engineer has not had opportunity to review this plat. (�.

i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Comnissioners of ',�'����.

Pitkin County, Colorado, hereby approves the final plat for the Highlands Ranch � .
