RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY ,

. COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO
AMENDING SECTION 31-1 OF THE AIRPORT REGULATIONS
CONCERNING THE CURFEW FOR SAP.DY FIELD
Resolution 79-�1�
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to amend the airport regulations '
to permit aviation to operate in the evenings until 30 minutes after
sunset axid by doing so, repealing the present prohibition agai.nst �
operations no later than 8:30 p.m.
NOW, THEREEORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County =

; Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado that Tit1e IV, Article 31, �

! Section 31-1 of the Pitkin County Code (Airport Operations) be repealed �'-
and reinstated to read as follows:
31-1. The provisions of Section 2-18 notwithstanding,
no aircraft shall land at or take off from Sardy
Field between the period beginning one half (1/2) �
. hour after sunset and 7 A.Di., except in cases of
in=flight emergency or other emergency condition
such as a natural disaster, medical emergency or
civil disturbance. p
