COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKTN COUNTY,
COLORADO, ADOPTTNG AMENDMENTS TO
SECTION 4-2.2 OF THE PITKIN COUNTY LAND USE CODE ,'
( Resolution No. 79�I1
, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, upon the
recommendation of the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission,
has considered at a public hearing conducted September 24, 1479, --
two amendments to Section 4-2.2 (a) of the Pitkin County Land
Use Code which amendments describe two additional circumstances
? under which an exemptiqn £rom the definition of subdivision.may
be granted, and
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the recommendation of. the
Commission and Planning Office, and after consideration of the -
public comments, the Board wishes to adopt the proposed amendments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, that the Title II,
Section 4-2.2 (2? of the Pitkin County Code (Land Use Code) be• amended by
the addition of subsections (5) and (6) ta read as follows:
"(4) Is for the purpose of subdividing land into two r;;, �
� or more parcels, each of which parcels is at

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Title II, Section 4-2.3 (a) (4)
� of the Pitkin County Code (Land Use Code) be amended by the -
repeal and reenactment of the first sentence to read as

"(4) For all exemption applications except those -
under Section 4-2.2 (a) (4), community facilities,
