The applicant shall agree to pave the mairt access road and dedicate as a public right-of-way the road between Tiehack and State Highway 82. 2. Detailed Submission shall include plans, profiles and construction specifications for all roads and utilities. 3. Certified plat survey requirements shall be met at Detai7ed Submission. � ` 4. The Conditio�s found in Rea, Cassens and Associates, Consulting j Engineers, report of July 9, 1979, with ali plans and specifications shall be � ! reviewed and approved by the City of Aspen Water department. 5. The applicant will continue to maintain a minimum of 61% of the total units approved as restricted units at lOQ% buildout, taking 9nto consideration � phasing. 6. A transportat9on p7an that describes in detail the strategies to be � F used by the developer to increase transit use and discourage auto use. A detailed description of the proposed interior shuttle/collector � � vehicle service including description of vehicles and passenger � capacities, days and house of operation, headw�ys, fares (if applicabTe), � and methods of coordination with existing transportation services. c. A detailed description of pedestrian and bicycle servTCes within the � deve7opment, inc]uding access points to the existing trail and highway � 9 network. � f d. A detailed description of inethods to restrict or eliminate peak hour � � access to and from Highway 82. 7.
