� WHEREAS, prior resolutions have identified additional revenues �resulting �

,Y� in an increase in the Fund Balance of the General Fund, and
�_� 4JHEREAS, subsequent needs have become apparent which can be budgeted for

�� from certain revenues and that Fund Balance increase within the General Fund, '
and from additional revenues within the Road and Bridge Fund, and

a WHEREAS, these needs and the partially offsetting revenues are described
