Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and RiverRestoration.org (the "Contractor"), is hereby
amended as follows:

Reason for Chan�e: Work not completed in original time&ame
1. Term: The term of this contract is from December 5,2008 to December 5, 2009. At
the expiration of the initial term,the contract may be extended for an addiNonal term by the express
written consent of both parties.
Amendment#E:
1. Term: The term of this contract is extended to December 31,2013. At the expiration
of the initial term, the contract may be egtended for an additional term by the ezpress written
consent of both parties.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
