' e) 6Poody CYeek Transfer Site -Within ane (1) year of adoption of this pesmit Pitkin Iron wi11 suhnit a letter to Pitkin County uxlicating post-ittining use of the Woody Creek tsansfer site, showing how that site might be used in a safe, enviranentally � benign maiuzer in conforniance with applicable zoning regulations. It is urxierst�ood tYiat this letter wi11 r�ot constitute a formal of binding land use cam�it�nt on the part of any of the parties inwlv�l. '�, . 6. Map -A map will be su�itted within one year of adoption of this pernut, to be � kept in the Pitkin County Ac�ninistration Office for public inspection; showing the � property lines, site plan and facilities of the �,00dy Creek transfer site. In the event Pitkin Iron is succeeded in operation on the Iands by involuntary legal pmcess, court order, or otherwise, the new operator shall be required to make application to the Board for �� approval of continued operation wgier this perntit, which approval shall not be un- reasonably withheld.
