road, and follaving past practices, Pitkin Iron will contribute to road impravr

Creek tsansfer site, showing how that site might be used in a safe, enviranentally �
benign maiuzer in conforniance with applicable zoning regulations. It is urxierst�ood
tYiat this letter wi11 r�ot constitute a formal of binding land use cam�it�nt on the
part of any of the parties inwlv�l.
'�, . 6. Map -A map will be su�itted within one year of adoption of this pernut, to be �
kept in the Pitkin County Ac�ninistration Office for public inspection; showing the �

�t 7. Change in Ownership - In the event of any wluntary change of ownership (fee or
lease) in the La�s, Pitkin Iron shall notify its grantee of tl� tenns of this oPrm;t

is succeeded in operation on the Iands by involuntary legal pmcess, court order, or
otherwise, the new operator shall be required to make application to the Board for ��
approval of continued operation wgier this perntit, which approval shall not be un-
reasonably withheld.

The Board may stay its order pending fu'rther review at the instance of Pitkin Iron.

If it does not so stay its order, the order shall be effective upon delivPSy to
� Pitkin Iron, which may, of wurse seek a judicial stay. A final detennination of

ti '� granted shall at the option of the Hoard texminate this pPxmit and Pitkin Iron shall

stated. If any oorxlition hereof be challenged by the applicant and held invalid by
