¢; WHEq`}EAS�he Redstone Pasture Assocation is the owner of record of approxi-

�. mately 633.13 acres of real property more specifically described in Exhibit "A"
4A attached hereto and incorporated by reference, and �.�
� WHEREAS, the app7icant has requested subdivision exemption approval for
the purposes of selling a 565 acre tract of 7and to the Redstone Corporation �
� and retaining the remai.ning 68.13 acres, both of which are more specifically

described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and i.ncorporated by reference, and
WHEREAS, a meeting was held before the Board of County Commissioners on "

respect to this application.

�. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Soard of County Comnissioners of
� � Pitkin County, Colorado, that subdivision exemption is hereby qranted to divide �
�;�.� the applicant`s 633.13 acre parce7 i.nto two tracts of land, one containing
� 565 acres and the other containing 68,13 acres, more specifically described

in Exhi6it "B", subject to the condition that no residential, commercial or

E industrial use be allowed on the two resulting parcels without full subdivision

� approval for that development. This condition does not preclude any agricul- i-
tura7 operations (i.e., corrals, stock pens, barns), but does preclude a9ri- E`
cultural residences.
