� WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Home Rule Cfiarter, provides, in pertinent !�

-� 2.3.2 Such residential districts shall be established by the Board in

r� WHEREAS, the Colorado statutes, with respect to the formation of such

districts, provide only that (CRS 1973, Section 30-10-306) "The districts

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Comnissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, pursuant to CRS 1973, Section 30-10-306, that, from ��

encompassing Red Mountain Ranch, Pitkin Mesa and Oklahoma Flats.
