WITHIIY THE MERIT RAISE POOL IN THE 1982 BUDGET TO THE COUNTY ATTORNEY, _ ;'�
- CLERK & RECORDER, HOUSING DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERING, SOLID WASTE, BUILDING
�; MAINTENANCE, SHERIFF'S OfFICE, TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT, AND ROAD & BRIDGE

WNEREAS, Pitkin County has established a merit raise pool as part ?
of the 1982 General Fund aQpropriation to be used with the recommendation of
the Personne7 Review Board, and �
;1HEREAS, the Personne7 Review Board has made specific salary �
;
recommendations requiring additionat budget to be appropriated within i
�
certain departments, and �
�i
� 4JHEREAS, it could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time i
�,
� '`� of the adoption of the 1982 6udget which employees would be awarded merit �
� poo] increases, and
�t
� WHEREAS, there is availab�e within the General Fund sufficient '
` � merit raise pool funds. i
, ';>� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS �
that adjustments be made to the 1982 budget as follows: �
