�y' WHEREAS, the Board has previously adopted individual sewage � �

WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that certain minor amendments
�� are necessary to the Code as adopted, .

�";�: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners

; That Title X Section 3-2.2(c) and (d) of the Pitkin County Code

, g;; (Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations) be repealed and reenacted

` "(c) For altering or repairing a failed or malfunctioning ��i

That Title X Section 5-2.1(b) of the Pitkin County Code (Individual
� Sewage Disposal Regulations) be repealed and reenacted to read as

follows:
"(b) Other materials such as fiberglass which result in
an adequate and durable construction and which resist
excessive corrosion or decay � be approved. Metal
� N and steel septic tanks are prohibited for installation
