Valley Ranch is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:
�' 1. Resolution of the well permit.

2. Resolution of tfie sewage disposal systems for each lot to tfie satisfaction
��, of the County Sanitarian.
�s� 3, The granting and documentation of the easements out7ined by the
�� Engineering Department and obtaining a County Road Encroachment
.a Permit prior to driveway construction.
'�' 4. The Lincoln-DeVore mitigation techniques for controlling the impacts _
of the three channels of water be fo77owed where necessary.
5. A recreational use easement be granted along the Roaring Fork River. �
6. Any utilities for which easements are required be provided for.
7. Any dogs must be kenneled.
8. Specific building site flagging for Lot 1 be done for Detailed
Submission consideration. '
