Hazard) Special Review approval is hereby granted for a subdivision consisting of a combination multi-family/commerciai structure on the above-described real property subject to the following modifications, terms and conditions: f:=c . � ;�� ��,��. 1. Under B-2 zoning a total of 25,500 square feet of commercial space �;4� shall be permitted, provided that the above-grade commercial space ;�: shall not exceed 10,000 square feet and the total number of co�ner- t'- cial condominium units both above and below grade shall not exceed I'•`�� 20 units, and 2.
