�� 1. No new roadcuts onto Highway 82 shail be permitted.

�' 2. The 30 foot access easement which parallels the 0 & RG Railroad right-
of-way, all as shown on the approved final plat, shall become a
"public trai7 easement" at such time as the County obtains connecting
� easements on each side of the subject property.

3. This property is restricted against any further development in accordance
with the requirements of Section 4-6(bj of the Pitkin County Land Use
Code.
