;�r pitkin County, Colorado, (the "District"), has been duly organized
�ti: pursuant to the provisions of the County Public Improvement Dis-
`F? � trict Act of 1968 (the"Act"), more particularly being Colorado

�`� Itevised Statutes 1973, Title 30, Article 20, Part S, as amended;

�5�? WHEREAS, in accordance with said Act the question of the

;;�,- issuance of a bond or bonds or other indebtedness was submitted to

,'�:: indebtedness in an amount not exceeding $100,000, to bear interest
�" at a net effective interest rate not exceeding 18$ per annum (the

��,� "BOnd" or "BOnds"), for the purpose of constructing and installin9
��.-°�: pavittg for Glen Eagle Drive, a street within the District, to in-
clude groding, and to provide necessary and adequate drainage to :
