�;•� WHEREAS, on October 12, 1982 the Board of County Comnissi ners did approve ��".'-

�;�.: Resolution 82-117, granting Detailed Su6mission/Final Plat approval for a lot
�*. split to Cronin Associates (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") of their

;i� 2.977 acre parcel on Willoughby Way, more specifically defined as a part of the

,� Brown Placer, U. S. Minera7 Survey No. 15047, lying in the NWq of Section 7,

��� Township 10 South, Range 84 West of the 6th P.M., and

� WHEREAS, subsequent to the approval of said Resolution the fact that a
�� condition specifically restricting the parcels against further subdivision or
��- development was omitted, and '
