;�': WHEREAS, Lazy Glen, Inc. is the owner of the Lazy Glen Mobile Home Park

r; which consists of 93 units, more specifically described in Attachment "A", and

WHEREAS, Lazy Glen, Inc. is requesting an expansion of the park to accomo-
�;� date seven additional mobile home spaces, and

� WHEREAS, the expansion area will be rezoned PMH, and

;�::. WHEREAS, the existing park area is zoned SR, and

WHEREAS, the general intent of the PMH zone, that being the provision of

�: bona fide low, moderate and middle income housing for primary residential use

=i� by local employees is satisfied by this application, and

�`t�:- WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that the commitment of water from the

WHEREAS, the recommended setback of the ltving units from the sewage

, WHEREAS, the diking work voluntarily performed by the owner has provided
