1. The Board is advised that the business to be conducted
at Members� Meetings of the Colorado Counties fox F '
Cooperative for Employee Benefits must be transacted by � `?' �
the OfficiaZ Representative form all participating
counties; _ -
NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of County �
Commissioners of Pitkin County, hereby and herewith, designates ,�
i Cheryl Cumnock, as its official Representative to all Colorado -
Counties Cooperative for Emp2oyee Benefits members' Meetings, with
full authority to vote on all matters pertinent to the business of
the Cooperative, subject to instructions delivered to Such
Representative by the Board from time to time;
Reserves the right to replace and, if there is a provision in
the colorado Counties Cooperative Agreeroent pertinent to the
_ County, designates another Representatfve to serve with the person
' named herein above. If applicable, the Designated Alternate
Representative is Jodi M. Baker;
Requests all communications in any way affecting the
participation of the County of Pitkin in the Cooperative to be �
