in �he Roaring Fork Sahool Disfiriat eleotions or sent
theiz chiidren to Raaring Fork a�choa2s.
Having been placed 3n the Roaring Fork Bchool District in
October, i994, the affeated Divide propertSes were then inaluded
t , within the assessed valuation for the Roarinq Fork Schaol Distsicti.
Ths A�pOri Sahool District mill levy Por 1994 was 10.671. The
i Roarfng Fork mi11 levy was 54.791. .

' j Fork schooi District. The Ps�i�ioner and other aFfscted progarty
owners were not directly informed of the Assessor�s determination
until the Asgassor's let�ker dated Decemher 21, after the taxes had
i been lavisd and only a very brief time be�ore the tax notiaes were •
j mailed by ttie County Treasurer. This preaZuded the affecbed —
jpraperty owners �fram taking remedial action prfor to the levy.
