� Nan-Metro Residential Growth Management Quota System (GMQS) `
( application for four residential all.otments to accommodate �

the subdivision of a 148 acre parcel into 5 single family

lots and a private open space parcel and to allow for the

conveyance of a parcel to the County for open space purposes. ;;':�

2. On November 7, 1995, the Planning and Zoning Commission
held a duly noticed public hearing in order to review Growth
Management applications.

3. The Planning Commission reviewed onZy one application F
