Kaydene J.Ward,hereinafter"Applicant"has applied to the Board of County r�" Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado,hereinafter"Board",for approval of 1041 Environmental Hazard and General Submission Review for the construction of a single- - family residence. � � 2. The ApplicanPs lot is zoned AFR-10 and is approximately 38 acres in size. P i ' 3. Said lot is known as Lot 8 of the Redstone Unique Properties,west of the town of ° Redstone,and is more specifically described in Exhibit A,attached. : ei 7 4. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this application on December 19, 1995 and found that this proposal complies wi[h the criteria set forth in the Pitkin County Land Use Code. � 5. The Board heard this application at a duly noticed public hearing on March 27, 1996,at which time evidence and testimony was presented with respect to this ° application. �� 6.
