RECITALS
1. The Mazoon Creek Club Limited Liability Corporation,hereinafter"Applicant",has
A applied to the Boazd of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, hereinafter
"Board",for appmval of the continued use o£temporary golf faciliGes, as prescribed by
Condition I3o.2 of BOCC Resoluqon#95-83.
I 2. The Appiicant is requesting approval of temporary golf clubhouse and cart storage
facilities for Club operadons during the construction of the new golf clubhouse.

3. The Boazd considered the ApplicanYs request at a public meering on May 22, 1996

' at which time the Board found that the Applicant's request meets the requirements of the

Land Use Code.

� NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Boazd that it does hereby grant the
Maroon Creek Club Limited Liabiliry Cotporation a minor amendment to a development permit for
a temporary clubhouse and golf cart storage facility,subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and in the
public meeting.
2. The Applicant shall remove all of the temporary faciliries,including but not limited to,the
modular clubhouse and golf cart storage tent,immediately after the issuance of a certificate

Mazoon Creek Club(Resolutions#90-87,#9]-111,#91-I12,#93-104},except as otherwise Y.�`�
j modified by additional or subsequent approvais and agreements.
