Lessee agrees to remove all rocl:s in excess of 24" in � 4 ti diameter from the leased premises which were unearthed by this P` operation and shall not deposit the same on any portion of the property adjacent to the leased premises which Lessor occupies under its lease ,.i agreenent. 13. Lessee agrees to recontour the excavation site to a slope of 4 horizontal to 1 vertical, place topsoil on all disturbed slopes to a depth of fouz (4) inches, and seed and mulch all slopes following excavation. � 14.
