kiY� AN .ADDENDUM TO STRANG GRA2ING AGREEMENT
a This ADDENDUM entered into this 14TH day of JUNE , 1982,

���� by and between THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY,

t��-'�,� COLORADO (herein after "County") and MICHAEI, STRANG (hereinafter "Strang"). ;:
�� WI TNESSETH: ��'�.
•�� WHEREAS, the County and Strang by reso2.ution 81-50 entered into ��

�:' an agreement for the use of the Nozth Star Nature Preserve for catt].e �

';< and grazing and wish to amend a certain provision of said agreement.
.�° NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to be
���y derived herefrom the parties agree that paragraph 1(f) of Resolution
t 81-50, adopted on June 22, 1981, be amended to read as follows:
� "Michael Strang will pay the County $10.00 per cow-calf ?
�� pair or single cow per month and $10.00 per bull per
.^� month, such payments to be calculated from the first
F:= day of grazi.ng ( �e 12th of June, 1982) and payable
, on a monthly basis upon receipt of County billing.
�, �� Gra2ing will terminate no Iater than November l, 1982.
�=s� No more than 71 animals will be permitted on the
