�f� WHEREAS, the County and Kuhne entered into an Agreement dated July
;;� 20, 1982, whereby the County and Kuhne agreed to the evaluation of

1q alternative third party proposals for the development of Silverking

t�� Phase IV by a mutually agreed upon consultant to the County, and
i'� WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that Rolle Walker, of Colorado

Springs, will serve in the capacity of consultant to the County for

:i. ,;y review and recommendation on such alternative proposals, and
� WHEREAS, in order to meet his obl.igation to revieW and report to

the County regarding alternative proposals, Rolle Walker needs additional

� time to perform said review, and
WHEREAS, said extension of time is necessitated by delays in obtaining r'.

,1 � necessary information for the review process.
�3 � NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Extension of fteview and Comparison Period. r�'
In view of the extended period of time necessary for review �j
�� of alternative proposals by the consultant, Rolle Walker, the ;,;
� p�rt'{ers hereby agree to amend the last sentence of paxagraph �`

Any and all alternative proposals for the development of �' '

considered as complete on July 30, 1982. The County shall '�

In all other respects, the previous agreements between the
