S
1. Pitkin County has obtained a joint use permit with
S' the City of Aspen from the National Forest Service of The United

States Government to construct and maintain a road and parking
lot on land between Lots 11 and 12 of Block 4 0£ the Red Mountain
Ranch Subdivision in the County of Pitkin, State of Colorado, and

� which land is contiguous to Lot 12 in Block 9 of the Red Mountain

�� Ranch Subdivision in the County of Pitkin, State of Colorado. (-':'

� 2. Brandman desires to utilize a portion of the
� improvements to be built by Pitkin County as access for the
�Z. , purpose of inqress and egress to Lot 12 in Block 4 of the Red
� Mountain Ranch Subdivision, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado. ' .

� 2. Pitki� County is willing to allow Brandman to use
- the roadway and Brandman will use his best efforts to obtain the
f� special use permit from the National Forest Service.
