All accounting, payroll, and audit services for the Housing � . F Office shall be performed by the Finance Department of the ��. �. County. ` 2. On or before March 15, 1982, the actaul net cost of the Housing Office to the City and County shall be determined by the City and County Finance Directors and Aousing Director, and the final reimbursement shall be settled and transacted.
